Clock Embracing Next-Generation Internet
We are official participants of World IPv6 Launch, a coordinated adoption of the next-generation Internet protocol. On 6th June 2012, along with many leading hosting providers, network operators and router vendors, we will be permanently enabling native IPv6 support on our corporate web site. Additionally, for our clients, we will be offering and pushing our ability to host over IPv6 wherever possible.
This essential upgrade offers several advantages over the old (IPv4) Internet. The most critical however, relates to the fact that the world has now officially exhausted the capacity of the current Internet protocol. All of the 4 billion addresses have been assigned, and the switch to IPv6 is the only way to ensure that the Internet can continue to grow.
