Echo Location is a global talent agency that represents and helps develop music artists, from Major Lazer, Pendulum and WizKid to Marshmello and Tinie Tempah. As a highly successful, busy, talent agency, they have specific business requirements for which they wanted to leverage the benefits of digital to help their workflows.

Getting down with digital

Echo Location represents dozens of artists, each of whom will need to be booked into any number of venues for any number of appearances. We worked with Echo Location to define all the requirements they would need in order to help streamline their day-to-day workflow to build a bespoke artist management tool.

Having gained insight into what Echo Location team members need to do when managing artists, we built a digital platform that houses all artist, venue and promoter information. Echo Location staff can now seamlessly book artists for a particular show, from venue to appearances and auto-generate the required contracts simply and easily. The platform also contains features that allow management to monitor finances and track invoices.

The end result is a platform that has become a secure, business critical tool. Every member of staff works with the tool, all day, everyday and we continue to support the platform and optimise it with new features as the needs of Echo Location grow.
