Lockdown measures may well be easing but there’s one habit that is here to stay. Up and down the country, newspaper readers are continuing to reap the benefits of News UK’s at-home delivery service, Deliver My Newspaper.
After experiencing huge success in 2020, with many customers opting to have their favourite newspaper delivered directly to their door for free, it was time to give the existing platform a refresh and add some nifty new features alongside.
Not only has the site had a visual revamp, with a more seamless user journey and clearer messaging with better differentiation between the titles on offer, it allows customers to receive and redeem their vouchers in more ways too; with a new option to print vouchers at home rather than being sent to a preferred local retailer.
With more previously unknown customers becoming known audiences, tracking and reporting continues to be increasingly important, so our integrations have been enhanced to ensure that activity from beginning to end can be closely monitored. With a new unique customer identifier feature added, customer service enquiries can be dealt with promptly and efficiently.
We’ve also been busy building a raft of other features in the back-end, which will see more functionality added later on in the year to further enhance the customer experience, so watch this space.
